Editing photo of ancillary shoot

Magazine :

As i had used older images of john sent to me by his wife i did not need to edit the images because they are old black and white film images.

Newspaper advert :

HOWEVER, EDITING FOR MY NEWSPAPER ADVERT WAS PIVOTAL IN CREATING THE ADVERT. I STARTED BY cutting the images down to the small rectangle that i wanted and then framing them so each of my subjects heads are in the middle of the rectangle in line. I then wanted to colour each one so i had to add a colour rectangle on top and reduce the opacity to 36 percent which gave each image a tint. the colours were like a rainbow transforming which was done to portray the evolution of the series.
