My own distrbution, Youtube vs vimeo

Youtube

- Youtube is a website where creators can uplaod videos, often daily vloggers or content that is not for a professional tv series. It is for the prosumers, people who consume and produce their own media on a lower production level. I will release my drafts on this and maybe a final version because it so easily available but my main link to watch will be on vimeo as it more a professional film with a filmaking community.

Vimeo

- Vimeo is another online video sharing content website, however unlike youtube vimeo is for professional videographers and also for aspiring film makers with a great community giving helpful feedback. I will mainly upload my film here because it best suits my professional tv series.

Who would distribute my film As a real media text?

BBc three

- BBC three is who i am going to chose because they are the most likely to produce something like my tv series. A show about the creative industries. Although just bbc would produce this, it is on bbc three because it is not just aimed at older audiences it is aimed at younger audiences and the episodes are 20 minutes long, entertaining and information packed so it is not like an hour long segment that takes up a long time and people are wanting shorter tv times so this caters to this.

Channel 4

- Channel 4 although i was thinking would distribute my film they seem to be doing more tv documentaries about issues in britain and undercover operations which did not suit my educational series. I learnt this through my research which i did not both channels.
